We thought the pace of service was too fast....starters arrived before drinks.....mains arrived before starters were finished. Granted it was a Saturday evening before shows started, but still focusing on the customer's experience rather that just trying to turn tables over would be a big change for the better here. The food is and has always been great, but the overall experience, not so much.
The food was very good particularly the fregola. Service was attentive although very busy. Volume is very high, hard to hear indoors. Wines by the glass could be better and rosés served colder. Excellent pizza crust.
There is no restaurant that takes better care of their guests than Doppel Zero. They are extremely sensitive to the needs of their customers, from the drinks through desert, and serve extraordinary food. It is wonderful for first timers and even more extraordinary for regulars
