Misleading happy hour menu and prices.
The counter service at Arlequin’s bar named Arbor is insanely weird on their pricing.
The happy hour menu says $2 off wine by the glass but they do not clarify that it is only for the selection that is framed—meaning there is no option for a red: just rose and sparkling and white.. and it may even be a canned option. I had a Cobb salad and it was very good. You order from the counter and they bring the order out to you, but still, wait staff are nice. There is seating on the back patio, where you can sit with your dog or just sit and enjoy the climate. I highly recommend Arbor if you are ever hungry and in the Civic Central area of San Francisco.
