Update: Saigon Coffee with Boba is really good! Having coffee as an option is a 10/10! - Best milk tea in the Ingleside! Great Variety of Drinks and Fast Service!

Come here try their new Lava Custard eggette. Like they have the self checkout kiosk so I can look carefully and take my time. Lots of drinks and snack options.

Eggettes flavor was okay and not overtly sweet. A little bit on the soggy end sadly and a bit pricey at 6.50
