I’m a dim sum person-if I had to pick one type of food to eat the rest of my life, it’d be dim sum (assuming I couldn’t pick a broader type like ‘Chinese food’). Dragon Beaux is excellent. It’s in the same ballpark quality-wise as Michelin star places in Hong Kong (I love dim sum so much I made it a point to go to a few there), though those might be slightly better, so it’s fair to say it’s world class. The main difference was Dragon Beaux is a lot more expensive...
Ordered delivery instead of using our reservation as I was not feeling well. Perhaps that's not a strong suit here. Food was fine but not at all special and we were expecting much better after reading the reviews. Squab was quite good. Will not return.
I never had a fish so flavorful and perfectly cooked as the Miso Glazed Sea Bass. All the dishes were delicious but I cannot stop thinking about that fish! The service was excellent, the ambience attractive. I am only sorry that I do not live in SF anymore and have to wait till next year to go there again. This is a standout restaurant of very high quality.
