Excellent experience with this place. The staff was nice and the food was great. I got there when there wasn't a lot of people but slowly the came and the place was packed. Portions are large which is great because you should be with a group when eating dim sum.

Parking is doable. Prices are good. Vibes are excellent.

It's overdone. It's overblown. I don't really appreciate it except that it is amazing. Huge menu. Amazing prices. A line out the door. You'll be waiting forever. But they figured out the formula and they get the crowds. I don't think you can live very long eating like this everyday though.

Not as great as I'd hoped. It was too loud inside and the parking was horrendous (took us over 30 minutes to find a spot.) Staff wasn't welcoming. It felt like they couldn't wait to get rid of us, so can seat the next party. The dim sum was ok. I've had better. A plus, the restaurant seemed clean. Won't bother going back.
