Went up to ask for some NAPKINS, and their response was enough for me to avoid this place even if it was the last open eatery in the entire airport.

Dude scoffed, said they usually charge for napkin, and acted like he did me a solid for giving me 2 napkins. Probably joking, but it was so bizarre and unnecessary especially because they weren't busy.

Terrible place to go! The food wasn't worth the $ 94..16 bill and got attitude from our waitress when gave her a tip.

So tired of these tipping / hidden fees. It only shows when you already paid! ~ next time I’ll go to Wendy’s and save money

Definitely one of the best places to dine inside terminal 1. Their farmers market pizza is to die for!!! I wish it was a location outside of the airport!

I was at SFO Airport waiting for my flight home and decided to use Drakes Flyaway service for lunch. The service was very quick and professional. In particular, the server named Ghil and Sada was excellent. I highly recommend using their service.

Kenny is an awful waiter and I’ll tell you why. This guy began raising his voice at my kids and I because we were sitting at a table watching the 4th quarter of the Warriors game. When I told Kenny we were staying for the rest of the game and then we would order food, Kenny got extremely loud, rude and began yelling that we had to watch the game outside the restaurant. Once Kenny did that, I no longer wanted to dine at Drake’s or spend my money at this restaurant. I was planning on ordering pizza and drinks once the game ended. Kenny was getting so agitated at me that my daughters started crying and people started looking at Kenny with disgust. What kind of waiter yells at a single man with his family just for sitting down in a restaurant and watching the end of a NBA playoff basketball game at an airport. Kenny should be ashamed of himself. I won’t be supporting Drake’s Brewery Company at SFO anymore because of Kenny’s rude and disrespectful behavior. If this business is hiring people like Kenny, I don’t want to spend my hard earned money there and I hope nobody has an experience like mine.

Not a bad airport spot! The bun was a little firm, but the burger itself was juicy and flavorful. Fries were hot and crispy—solid for a quick bite before a flight.

Great burger and fries. Great quick service. Food delivered very fast and it was hot. Wish they had a wider selection of their beers, I like Porters and Stouts.

Pretty expensive for what you get. Food and drinks are average. But there are lots of seats and tables.

A small bar at the end of Gate B, a beer costs 15 bucks, which is fine for an airport.
