This quiet restaurant serves up really good soup dumplings. No need to wait in line for an hour at Din Tai Fung, just come here instead.Favorite dishes:- Original soup dumplings: The skin is strong enough to not fall apart when being picked up, yet not too thick and chewy. The broth inside is super flavorful. The restaurant didn't bring us ginger slices by default, but did after I asked.- Cucumber salad: Refreshing with super tasty dressing of soy sauce, sesame oil and garlic.-...
