Mr & Mrs Tea House is a small, busy spot with a variety of boba drinks and HK style street food. The black milk tea is refreshing and cheap, with plenty of topping options. Online orders may take a bit longer during peak times, but the jasmine milk tea with boba is worth the wait. The boba is well-marinated and chewy, while the jasmine flavor shines through. Parking on Clement St. can be a challenge, but the delicious drinks and snacks make it worth a visit.
