The XLB skin is thin, and the soup inside is delicious and flavorful, making it a favorite. The Chinese fried donut is crispy and fluffy, impossible to stop eating. The pan fried buns are tender and juicy, though they could be more pan-fried. The wontons in chili oil are hot and served with a delicious broth. The sweet soy milk is served in a cup, which some prefer in a bowl, but it can be a bit lukewarm. The savory soy milk in a bowl has a fermented mustard-green taste with chili oil and bits of tofu.
