The beef noodle soup is delicious!!! Not sure why it comes deconstructed to your table. You need to put everything in a hot pot that eventually gets cold. Yunan style according to the menu. Rice noodle is a thick dense noodle and served in a separate bowl. Put the quail egg in the soup as soon as you get it and beef when you're ready to dip, swirl and eat just like those folks on IG. . Food: beef is very thin and small. My noodle bowl only has 4 slices beef. I can taste a lot MSG in the soup which I don't like. I had to drink a lot of water after. Service: decent Ambiance: good

TLDR: quick and efficient food for a fair priceI ordered the fish filet soup with a side of fish balls. The fish filet didn’t taste the freshest but the soup base and the noodles were great. They also give you a lot of condiments on the side (side dishes) to add into your soup so you can put as little or as much as you want.
