Food: tasted just as good as din tai Fung. Skin didn’t break and had decent amount of soup. Though it isn’t hot as other ones I’ve had where I was scared to burn myself. Their mini fried buns (I think are actually Chinese Sheng Jian Bao) were sold out. Recommend the mala xiao long bao.
Service: top notch service I believe his name was brenan or something like that. Walked us through the menu.

I have been here 5 times already and I truly believe these are the best soup dumplings I have ever had. EVEN COMPARED TO OVERSEAS. I have been to Japan and China and I believe these combine the quality of Japan and authenticity of Chinese cuisine.
The dumplings here have a perfect balance of juice, meat to skin ratio. They have stand out dishes you cannot typically find at other Chinese restaurants, such as pan fried soup dumplings and spicy xlb.

I used to compare Din Tai Fung as a baseline, but this place is way better. The soup was flavorful and the dumplings were enjoyable by themselves.
Okra was cooked perfectly, with a lot of garlic, just the way I liked it!!
