Our service was not good. 10 minutes till someone came to our table. No one was assigned our table. To drive an hour not worth it. Plus made a reservation but it was only good for 1 1/2 at a booth.

As a student, I came there for the happy hours on a Friday. The server gave me a happy hour menu post which we placed our order. On billing he informed us ‘Oops o forgot it's not happy hours'. After speaking to the manager we got like a 25$ gift card which did not even compensate amount of money we spend. Really bad service.

Server up charged us on water and protein but didn't explain there was extra charges. We just asked for water and got three bottles of $8 water without being asked if tap water was fine

We like to come to Earl's before the Mirvish show. Certainly the brunch menu is very good. Eggs are a fair value. Prices, generally are a little high. (especially for a veggie burger). Staff are friendly and professional. Although the left side we go in, tables are bar height tables and not as comfortable; I prefer the right side at a comfortable booth table. The right side of Earl's where the lower tables are, was more convenient for those of us who are still trying to distance from crowds or crowded spaces for covid/RSV etc. reasons.
I can not say enough about Earl's in the Financial district. The staff was outstanding, went above and beyond to make our evening special. I was floored by the hospitality and would recommend Earl's 100%

Service lacked, sat across from a dirty table for over an hour, table maintenance is pretty much non existent here. Food was meh, drinks were worse. Was expecting more from the Earls chain.

I took my friend there for her birthday. The restaurant gave her a birthday card and a birthday card. What a lovely surprise! The drink was good and the food was amazing. We will definitely go back there again

Our group got two shareables (yam fries and avocado dip) - I would recommend the avocado dip for sure. There is a lot of dip for the chips they provide, but they do provide extra chips at no extra cost. The dirty gin and tonic is delicious. My only criticism is that it's really hard to hear anyone who isn't directly next to or across from you, due to the high noise level. Besides that, great time.

Great vibe, nice decor and comfy seating. Food was outstanding and reasonably priced. Only issue, my salmon had way too much pepper on it, but that is a personal thing. Otherwise everything exceeded expectations. We will definitely return.

I was overcharged for my mimosa drink which I had a brunch menu for. It should have been discounted and it wasn't and when I asked the waitress, she's Ohhh well after 12 the drinks change back to full price. It was very misleading as my friend also was doubled charged! She was very much it is what it is attitude. I was rushing for an event and after explaining to her it , she made no effort to apologize for the situation or fix it. So disappointing

We had a very nice brunch. The food was good, the server was excellent and the restaurant had a good vibe. However I would recommend turning down the music a bit. It was quite loud considering it was early afternoon. Overall, excellent.

Already emailed the leadership team. Reserved diningroom, quiet table for our anniversary and upon arrival told bar only available. Was told meal was gf by server and sadly was violently ill all night post-meal. Server became disinterested when larger group near us came in. Spent an hour and $150+ on meals that made us sick and ruined our weekend.

The plant based menu here is absolutely amazing! The Bangkok bowl was delicious and our server couldn't have been more attentive, knowledgeable, and warm. Wish I remembered her name. Will def be back!
I cannot express how blown away I am at the overall experience we received. We came to celebrate our anniversary (also a secret proposal later that night) and anywhere else would have just congratulated us and call it an evening. I did not expect this level of service or attention to detail. From a lovely hand written card, to being congratulated by the guest service(relations) manager with glasses of Prosecco. Well done and thank you once again for a lovely evening.
