This is the only breakfast spot I crave. So so good. Highly recommend the French toast and the Tostaquiles. Service is fantastic as well.

I can’t explain how I loved to have brunch here. The principal reason is because I was able to eat delicious food and also healthy, I ordered scrambled eggs, with salad (you could also choose potatoes) and added ALMOND FLOUR PANCAKES! So if you eat GLUTEN FREE this is your spot!
From the kids manu we ordered “Fluffy pancakes” they were really fluffy! Everything was tasty and you could tell they use really good ingredients. Definitely coming back again!
The only 2 things would be they take so long to bring the check, and then the card (because they are busy) and if you decide to eat inside the restaurant it could be a little bit loud for an overstimulated person, in that case I would recommend to eat outside, the services was good overall.

Never been here before but i saw they had divorced eggs on the menu. I hope they can work out their differences..
Worse experience ever. Waiter ignored us but when two young girls walked in, he was quick to get their orders and finally came to check on us. Waited over 45 minutes and the young girls got their orders within 10 minutes yet we ordered at the same time. Not once did he come to check on us. When he finally came, he asked if we were waiting on our food. Then he continued to say he ordered it 20 minutes ago but by that time the two young girls beside us had been eating for over 20 minutes.

This is a brunch spot in Inner Richmond, but it's far too good to be called just a regular local diner. The scrambled eggs are excellent - I’ve tried both the mushroom and bacon versions, and they were equally delicious. I usually ask them to go light on the salt and request no salt for my child, and they always adjust it for us. The crispy potatoes are even better than the one I make with Kenji’s recipe! The fluffy pancake is also fantastic — it has a donut-like texture. The French toast is super good, too. The fried egg sandwich is great, the burger is solid, and the salad is very fresh. They also have an amazing biscuit. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Appalling
I genuinely don’t understand how this place stays in business. My dish was so oversalted it was barely edible, and no one on staff seemed to care. Even worse, the table next to me was served a pancake that looked like it came straight out of a fire — burned to a crisp. And yet, no one blinked an eye.
It’s as if Eats has built a reputation on serving subpar food with zero accountability, and customers just keep accepting it like it’s normal. Well, it’s not. It’s lazy, careless, and downright disrespectful. If you enjoy paying good money to be treated like you’re eating in a barnyard, by all means — welcome to the pigsty. As for me, never again.

Restaurantji Recommends
I’ve had a wonderful experience every time I’ve eaten here. The service is great, the food is delicious (I especially recommend the chicken apple sausage), and I love the refillable coffee. Shout out to Jennifer and the owner who were incredibly generous and gave my partner and I a free biscuit on the house when there was a small delay on our order. Definitely will be coming back!

Delicious peach sourdough French toast! Moist and creamy and flavorful. Three of us went on a Saturday morning and didn’t wait for a table. The breakfast potatoes were probably the best I’ve ever had! I’ll be back next time I’m in SF!

Great Service, Salty Food
When we stopped by for brunch this morning our food was extremely salty. You'd think the chef would know a smoked salmon omelette did not need additional heavy salting, and my Grilled Lemongrass Chicken Sandwich and fried potatoes looked like they might have been a treat, except that all one could taste was...salt. Too bad, 'cause the service and the vibe were great.

We’ve eaten here many times but today was the worst experience. I was dining with just myself and my young daughter and she had to use the bathroom. I left my purse at the table to indicate we were still eating and left a credit card on the table bc I planned to ask for the check when we got back. When we returned to the table it was completely cleared and my purse and credit card were gone. After several minutes a hostess finally appeared and very rudely accused me of leaving and said she didn’t know what happened to my stuff. I insisted she find my purse and ended up seeing it hanging in a closet. My credit card I left on the table had been charged without my permission as well. My daughter was in tears because she didn’t finish her meal. I don’t know how they could’ve thought we left when all our stuff was at the table. The worst part was the staff’s hostile behavior when I inquired about getting my purse back. They were rude and accusatory. Charging my credit card without my permission was completely unacceptable. I’ve been an eats customer for nearly 10 years but this might be my last visit.

I had the pleasure of dining here with a friend this morning, and I can truly say that Eats deserves its lofty reputation. The food here is magnificent. It is delicious and exudes a mouth-watering aroma. The portions are large but not overwhelming and the venue is perfectly situated for one to enjoy a scrumptious breakfast before/after browsing the local farmers market (on Sunday mornings). This place is a new favorite!
