Came here for a little dinner date and we split the quail, chicken lollipops, lotus root salad, and shaking beef. Every single dish was an absolute hit: meats were tender and well seasoned with, as others have reported, the chicken lollipops simply sliding off the bone. There was a lot of brightness and acidity in our dishes as well, whether that was the pickled lotus root in the salad or the lemon sauce that came with the quail.
