Great treats at great prices! I went to their first opening of the fall semester and got a variety of things. It took a while for my order to get out to me but I assume it’s because my order was so large as I noticed that people with smaller orders got theirs faster. My favorite items were the maple scone, peach danish, and the green macaron.

My first 2 Thursday's trying out this place. I've been wanting to check it out whenever I'm in the city. The staff were awesome and super helpful and friendly. The second time I came in, I noticed that the staff always write out what was sold out on the whiteboards which are very helpful to decide what not to order but for future purposes, come early next time to order them before they sold out!

What I ordered: The Turkey Pesto Jack Focaccia sandwich and the Jalapeno Sausage Rolls. The second time, I came back just for the sandwich. The sandwich was very simple but delicious, the presto sauce glued the sandwich together. The turkey slice is pretty thin, but the fresh focaccia bread that sandwich together makes it worth getting. The jalapeno sausage rolls are my favorites. It has breakfast sausage and slices of jalapeno wrapped in crescent rolls. It's a great to go snack.

Overall, it was a great experience from the friendly school staff and their students. It's such an amazing opportunity for the students to get used to real customers so they get accustomed to everyone in their future baking career. I would come back again to check out the school, too.

Btw, they take cash and card. There were 2 separate lines to pay. They also have tables and seatings too.

a delightful student enterprise. I arrived at the shop by 11:30am... there wasn't a line out the door by this time, the inside was organized chaos in the best possible way. the staff mentioned they were slammed 2.5 hrs prior with lines out the door. most of the stock was sold out, but I managed to get a croissant (buttery + yummy), a baguette (surprisingly satisfying), a chocolate chunk cookie (gooey and delicious), and a couple cookie sets (that I haven't tried yet, but they look tasty!). it was heavily discounted given that it's a student enterprise, it's a good deal for the quality and freshness.

Must remember to get here before 10am every time to fight for the last of the turnovers.

Can't wait to try the holiday-themed goodies like the sweet & spicy pecans!

Will come back again spring semester 2025 for the chocolate raspberry mousse cake.

Nice job the students are doing, they become the next great bakers, just a lovely place to get some fantastic, affordable french pastries.

It was my first time here. Looking over the selections, it's definitely one of those places where the sooner you get there, the better buying options you have. At least I have one more chance next Thursday(last time this year) to buy what I missed this time.

Loved this place! The food was fantastic. The atmosphere quiet and quaint. As others mentioned, the staff is in training and will stumble through your order, but they are earnest in their quest to learn and desire to serve. We all start somewhere. Be patient with the little foibles and have a fabulous meal at a great price. Highly recommend!

The best “Bang for your Buck” in expensive & over-priced San Francisco. A true gem. Also, you never feel rushed, service with a genuine smile & all dishes, presentations & services provided by the culinary students themselves. A great program with great food!

Support higher education and the future chefs of America! Had a wonderful meal neatly executed by the culinary students of City College in this student operated restaurant. This visit we had the arugula and strawberry salad, merguez meatballs over creamy polenta, a side of portabello mushroom and the splendid Chilean Napoleon with a secret tres leeches filling. Service was warm and attentive. Dishes arrived quickly. Dining room is bright and clean. Classical music in the background.
