I loved El Sur food trucks, and their frozen empanada deliveries made my pandemic life less bleak.

I tried these empanadas at the West Coast Craft fair last weekend and they're the best empanadas I've had in the Bay Area. Also a great food to eat when you're walking around a fair and you don't have a place to sit down at a table.
