El Techo is a rooftop gem in San Francisco with great views, delicious margaritas, and tasty food like birria tacos and chicharrons. The tapas and cocktails are good, making it a nice spot to meet up before exploring the Mission area. The service is excellent, although the plastic surroundings could be better utilized to enhance the views.
