Always a great experience. Fish is so perfectly firm and cool but never frozen. Very creative sashimi dishes and rolls. Try the Himalayan Trout rock salt apps, and flaming sea bass, so good.
We loved our experience last night for dinner!!! It was our first time dining at the elephant sushi and it was incredible! Fish so fresh creatively plated and most of all delicious!!! The service was impeccable, personable, and professional, with a really great happy vibe!!! Thank you, Jeanine
