Decades-long establishment serving Chinese standards in Lower Pac Heights. Specializing in Hunan and Mandarin cooking, many dishes come slightly sweet and a touch spicy.Long list of lunch specials with complimentary Egg Drop Soup. Hunan Fish, crispy fried and sautéed in savory-sweet sauce. While a bit more chili is welcome, the garlic and ginger add a nice fragrance.

Best Fried rice I’ve ever had, even if it is a bit pricey.

A local took us here, one of his favorite places he has been to in San Francisco during his many years living in the city. We were not disappointed. If you are looking for very good Chinese dining downtown, here it is.

Oh man I want to support local but this place is grossly overpriced. Food is pretty good and I get it, inflation. But if you want overpriced good Chinese food I’d go to Yank Sing or China Live, not a neighborhood place. Or just go to Panda Express down the road *shrug*
