Wow. When our party sat down founder and owner Chef Fang brought water to our table and introduced himself. After chatting with us, he said he would take care of us and chose the entire family style meal for us, with a variety of appetizers and main dishes that was the best Chinese food any of us ever had. My mouth is watering now just thinking of the food. What a fun experience! I will be back soon to bring my family.

The food for the most part was good. The curry soup was not so appetizing. The hot sour soup was too spicy though we can consume plenty of chilies. What I was not happy with was the service... not courteous or pleasant. The plates of food were dumped on the table and they kept on chatting in their own language if we asked for anything like soya sauce or extra fork etc. It was as if they were complaining about us. Lastly, the stairs and the hand railing to go downstairs was grimy...

This was the first time at Fang. I stood inside the small waiting area for at least 5 minutes without any staff person coming. There were other people there as well. It was unclear who our server was and when I asked questions about the menu the person did not understand what I was asking. We ordered chicken dumplings, eggplant vegetarian dish and a shrimp dish. The dumplings were greasy, thick and gummy, the eggplant was not seasoned very well but was swimming in a too sweet...
