It used to be a great place to get a fresh crab and a loaf of sourdough and sit near the water and feast. Nowadays I won't even go near there because of all the homeless and drug addicts. They are everywhere in SF, every that's drastically changed unfortunately.

The traditional soup on bread is good, but I think just to try it and have the experience... The snacks and pizza are tastier.The most negative point of this unit is the fact that there is no bathroom on site. If you want to use the bathroom, you will have to go to the public bathroom outside the restaurant.Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options.

Your basic Clam chowder in a bread bowel. The chowder was good so can't complain.
