Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse

The cooking was so all over. Steaks were well done, lamb was rare, they were quick to bring food the first 10 minutes, after that, the service was horrible. It would take me asking the people serving the meat to stop and to provide me some. The nicer cuts were not being brought around, we had to specifically ask for it. Last time going to Fogo.

Great food and service. This was an invaluable steak experience and our first time Churrasco. We really enjoyed the evenving, particularly our 16 year old son.

Our overall experience this time wasn't as great as previous visits. We've been here a few times and have usually had a wonderful time, but this visit felt different. Unfortunately, we didn't receive the same level of attention from the servers as we have in the past, which was disappointing—especially since we were celebrating both of our kids' birthdays and had hoped to make it a special experience for them. We hope this was just an off day and look forward to a better experience next time.

Food was good, however for the mounds that we pay, the service was not up to par. There was a lack of hospitality from the moment we checked in to the moment we requested for our check.

Never got filet mignon, they came with it once and it was well done. All the seafood was overcooked on the seafood tower. Will not be going back.

I found the SF location of Fogo de Chao to be excellent. The atmosphere is calm, despite there being many patrons and many servers walking by with the meat. I found the salad bar to be well-kept, and there were many delicious options. The meats were plentiful, and there were so many choices. I want to give a special shout out to Milton, our CSR, because he knew the meats well and gave great recommendations.

Sooo crowded for Father's Day! Service suffered. My friends ordered the experience, we got Salmon. Took a long time to get it, and there was only one as waiter said someone took my order of salmon. It took 20 minutes for another yo be served. Everyone else at table done eating. The waiter apologized and said we'd be compensated . We weren't on bill so complained and got $30 off.

They dont come alot of time for a party of 10 we were expecting them to come to us more often and we were waiting atleast 20mins per meat. So i for my count i think only around 10 times that they came to us. And also for the price of 80$ each we should have more meat choices and more service on meat. Not that amazing for a first time visit.

Very mediocre - typical chain restaurants experience. Where corporate dictates their day-to-day operations not that anyone actually cares. The buffet was poorly stocked, service also matched- there-but missing the mark almost at every interaction. Restaurant felt like it could be cleaner. The employees who came around offering food kinda knew about what they were offering, but not really if you asked any follow up questions. Overall, not something I'll come back for or spend the money on. Much better steak experiences in the city.

Visa and Emilly were our servers. They explained how the HH works and also attended on us really well. We liked too sirloin and ribeye and they brought it back again when we asked. It is a very child friendly environment. Definitely recommend
