The food is just ok. We did the churrascaria experience (with the all you can eat different cuts of meat). There was no cut of meat that we were impressed by or excited for them to come back. Everything was totally edible and nothing was remarkable. I'd say, for an over $100/person meal, this was underwhelming.

There are better Brazilian steak houses in the city, Espetus is one of them, in my opinion - smaller and tastier.

He made sure we had everything
He was very polite(without seeming fake)
He took really good care of us

My son and I had a great meal here; Mia took great care of us, and and Milton who was overseeing the meat delivery made sure we could get some extra of our favorites. Everything we ate tasted great and the buffet was re-stocked throughout our dinner.
