Great spot next to Oracle Park that doesn't hit your wallet like Oracle... Lines can be long on game day so order two rounds if you're gonna hangout. Food was really good too. There was also a delicious hotdog cart operating in the area so we got a couple rounds of drinks and some food.

We always ake the ferry to Giants games. Last year we discovered Frankies, and started taking the early ferry to the ferry building, and walking to Frankies. Everything we have had has been delicious! Last week we had a breakfast wrap that was incredible, tomatoes, avocado, eggs, just juicy and fabulous. Today we walked the mile and arrived at 10:30 to be told they were not open..Very disappointing, but we hope everything is ok with the employees and the business.

Came back for lunch two weeks ago. Ordered our food at the bar, no fish, for the second time. Not sure why they always seem to be out when I come, but it's kind of disappointing. My friend ordered a Bloody Mary. The guy that took our order said they didn't have any. My friend pointed at the Bloody Mary mix behind him and he said, "I'd have to make a pitcher!" My friend was confused and the people standing next to us, waiting their turn, laughed at the guy behind the bar. So, no fish again, and no one wanted to make any Bloody Marys. We really like this place, but it seems like each time we come, the options are limited.

Very disappointed with their lack of communication and follow up. We were there after the Giants Opening game win and bartender failed to tell us a they place automatic 18% gratuity. We tipped 22% and called the next morning and left multiple messages throughout the weekend. I was told Eugene or Mike would have to call me back. I finally catch Mike on Monday and he tells that it may be too late to make the adjustment but would need to follow up or I could speak with credit cards company myself. He was too busy this past weekend to call me. I'm disappointed because they have no signage disclosing the automatic 18% gratuity. I was with a group entertaining clients and based in the lack of communication and follow through this is why they get one star and I will tell everyone how they failed me. I've called AMEX to handle myself and dispute.

They don't serve breakfast, despite advertising as such. The 18% auto gratuity for even a single guest is ridiculous, basically a "I don't give a F" in the service equation. Staff is lazy, mostly spending time on a laptop behind the bar, do better Frankie's, be better.

very delish !! the burger tastes sooo homemade and it has a great char. also sautéed onions and bread and butter pickles really add to the flavor. the fries are very good as well. not super mind blowing but they're still very very great. the ambience is alright it's just a bar, so definitely a take out type of place if you're looking to just get food. the service is sub par. it isn't the best but again it's a bar with food that makes up for the downsides!!!!

We stopped in here after attending the concert at Levi's. As soon as we walked in, the two bartenders told us that they were only serving beer with a shot and nothing else. WTF? I saw the plethora of bottles of booze behind them and clarified that I really couldn't get a cocktail of my choice. Something simple even, like a run and Coke? The bartender repeated my questions in a mocking tone and tilt of his head and said, "No, and that's not a cocktail." He then continued to mock me about the next drink I asked about. My husband said, "Let's get out of here and so they hurled curses at us. There were only 4 people in the bar at the time. I guess they just didn't feel like working! Will never make the mistake of gointhere again!

We had such a positive and welcoming experience! We were greeted by good music and the smell of delicious food. We told the bartender that we were only in SF for one night and he went out of his way to give us a list of his favorite places to bar hop for the night. The clam chowder was also very good. We just had beers, but there is a craft cocktail list. Such a great way to start our trip, and we will be back!
