Small breakfast spot with great food at a really good price and it is open on Sundays. We tried three different breakfast places during our stay but this one was the only open on Sunday. Food was great, price very good, just that there is barely any space to sit. So we had a table outside.

Croissant was dry and tough - likely old. Espresso tasted like it was filter coffee. Service was abrupt. Disappointing.

Had banh mi combo and house coffee for breakfast at this great shop. Seems popular and guests were lining up (no long queue). The vietnamese sandwich was delicious. Pickled vegs on it was amazing and plenty of meat. The bread was crispy. Perfect size for a morning bite. The vietnamese iced coffee which was a dissapoinment though, too watery, lack of coffee and condensed milk. Has a couple of tables and chairs outside.
