Awful experience. A heavy chlorine smell inside, and clinical ambiance. The girl behind the counter was licking ice cream out of her hair when we walked in and let us know right away that ‘she was on her 10 minute break’. She was unwilling to help us. We were the only ones there and her unwillingness to help us took us by surprise. Horrible experience. We left and have no feedback on the quality of the ice cream. We will not return here again.

Definitely a 3.9 place. It's a Saturday night, yet no fresh fruit topping available for any of choices on the menu. Place is not busy. Bathroom available but they closed it off. Not even available for dine customers. Definitely not inviting to come back. Close 17 minutes before advertise hours. Another customer walked in and told them it was closed. What the heck?

Incredibly long wait for 3 bobas. There wasn't that many people either.

The ice cream was delicious! Though I do recommend providing napkins instead of having toilet paper for the ice cream.

Stopped in on a Thursday night. Pretty quiet, but understandable with the weather being on the chiller side and a weekday. The service was good and quick, but the prices are a tad extra for the extras. Pictures look great but the toppings are extra at a price of ~$0.60. So for 1 marshmallow and 2 Oreos it was $1.20. Not sure what to really think about it. It's not a huge amount but just extra.

Brought my family here after a walk on Thanksgiving day and have a list of pros and cons.Pros:-It was open on Thanksgiving (awesome! thanks folks).-The ice cream was really tasty (yum). I recommend the salty sweet flavor.-The location is in a great spot just around the corner from Union Square (so, very walkable and happening).Cons:-The place was a bit dirty (tables weren't wiped down, sign was falling apart *pictured*).-It's pricey. I think I paid about $18 for two cups of ice cream (but then again what do you expect for downtown SF).-They were out of the cookies-and-cream flavor (not a big deal but it seems you'd like to have the most popular flavor stocked). Overall not bad. Pretty good experience but can't guarantee Ill be back. Either way, thanks for the ice cream -- it was great.

This place is not good. I ordered purple rain. They didn't even have all ingredients. First the guy told me he don't have blueberries and then forgot to add lavander aswell. Avoid this place at all cost.

Yummy ice cream, great service, beautifully crafted with care in each roll. Take those that are special to you here and they will know how much they are loved

I was so pleased with the service. They helped me pick out the perfect flavor. I was very impressed with the quality of the ice cream. The customer service was top-notch! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great ice cream!

I’ve passed this place many times before, and I’m shocked that I never went in until today. The flavor of freshly made ice cream was amazing, and it’s obvious the hard-work that goes into each cup! 10/10, can’t wait to come back.

A fantastic ice cream spot that’s perfect for any post-meal dessert, or a place to take your date! My partner decided to customize an ice cream while I ordered the Matcha-cha and a Sweet Summertime tea! The boba is just right in both texture and flavor, and I appreciated the fact that you can sweeten your tea from 0% - 125%, so whatever you get will be perfect for you. I look forward to returning and impressing more people with this cute location!

Pretty great ice cream. This was our first time trying rolled ice cream and it did not disappoint.

The ice cream was decent, but nothing out of the ordinary. It isn't served with any of the accents and toppings pictured in the menu. Rather, some of those toppings are mixed in, but you have to pay extra to get them as a topping (?) When handed my Camp Fire, I asked if I could have the pictured toppings (marshmallows, graham crackers...) and the answer was "they're already in there." ? It's like a sundae with no toppings? Apparently I have to request and pay extra for the toppings pictured in the photo on the menu. It's confusing. Also, its in a sort of sketchy area and there are not bathrooms.
