Gourmei meals is the best meal prep service I have ever had ! Not only is it so cost efficient, it tastes amazing and have such a variety of different meals customized to what you want. For example high protein low carb or no carbs high protein. They also deliver and you can pick up on Mondays and it is soooo worth it! 10:10 recommend!!!!!
Gourmei Meals is terrific! These are Asian-inspired meals that are not only filling, but delicious and fresh and also provides appropriately sized levels of protein to fuel me throughout the day while keeping portions under control. I've tried other meal prep services, and one of the big problems with them is that they're not fresh, and within a few months, it's easy to get tired of them. Not so with Gourmei Meals!
