Legendary establishment, possibly the most depressing looking restaurant I’ve ever seen from the outside (it’s tucked in the very corner of the food court and there’s never a line) but I’d argue it adds to the ambiance. Great steak reminds me of something you’d see in a fever dream that takes place in 2007. Keep places like this alive and don’t replace them with an artisan juice bar or something lame like that. Food’s pretty good too.

This is bacon ranch fries add $2 to make it large
Chesesesteak was decent (3 stars) but mostly peppers and onions. Cheesesteak fries were mediocre and overpriced. Potato skins were flavorless and literally 2 small skins for $9. Burger was bad. I ordered with Doordash and it took 30 minutes for delivery, so maybe it's better fresh.
The cheese they use on the cheesesteak is so nasty and thick. Very artificial and the sand which was not cheap. There’s a reason there’s never a line
Service was good, food was made fresh, but it was extremely bland. Not worth the high calories or price at all.

Really terrible Philly Cheesesteak, very poor ingredients, bad bread roll, nothing like the real thing. Their cheese fries were revolting, with bad fake "cheese" that ruined the mediocre fries. When we went there was one person desperately trying to run the till and cook, which meant the service was very slow. He did well under the circumstances, but the food is just awful. Avoid.
Disappointing.I ordered the regular size original Philly cheesesteak, the regular size chilli fries, and a bottle of apple juice. The original Philly cheesesteak was small, mushy, and salty. The bread had cracks in it and fell apart when I grabbed it. It wasn't flavorful at all. It was just salty mush in a bun. I couldn't taste any of the cheese or the beef. It just tasted salty. Also, the cheese was actually a cheese sauce. The chilli fries were also horrible. The fries didn't taste fresh and also weren't very crispy. They were only a bit warm while the Philly cheesesteak was piping hot. I could taste the chilli but it was very boring chilli. There wasn't any kick to it. The fries didn't seem to have a lot of chilli and cheese sauce but halfway through, it became almost all chilli and cheese sauce. The apple juice was just store bought apple juice.Overall, I was really disappointed by the flavorless food especially since I paid nearly $20 for everything. The service was okay. It could've been better but wasn't horrible. I had to ask the guy to give me my juice.I did not have an enjoyable experience eating from Great Steak which is why I'm giving this place two stars.
Smaller sammich than expected but super good overall, really dang good cheese fries
I grew up eating this place on every minimum day and so it brings back nostalgic memories. They always have solid bread, fresh ingredients and veggies, with tasty and well cooked meat on a great sandwich! Come by and enjoy the deliciousness of meat, cheese and veg!
Pricey, but tasty. First time but will order again.
