Artly Robot Coffee @ Stonestown Galleria offers an interesting experience having a robot make drinks. Watching the process from getting the ground coffee to putting it onto the machine is enjoyable. The cappuccino tasted good, with good chocolate notes and a good temperature, not watered down. The artwork of the leaf in the coffee was impressive. A strawberry matcha latte with oatmilk was solid, and watching the robot serve it by placing it on the counter was cool. The coffee was smooth and well-balanced, adding a futuristic touch. Most drinks come out perfectly. Prices are reasonable. Worth at least one visit to see how far technology has come, though unfortunate for future human baristas. Order on the tablet; some drinks specify human made. A name gets projected on the counter, and a green circle shows order completion.
