Pros: very fast and friendly service. Pumpkin pie cold brew was very good
Cons: the bacon breakfast was sadly inedible. Like...I dont like to waste food but I couldnt eat it. Just look at the pictures. I know airport food is expensive but paying $21 only to get this is rough

People were nice, coffee was decent, over priced but normal for an airport. Did charge me for employee surcharge but it was under a dollar.

They’re consistently really bad. I’m done with them. Terrible bitter, over-prices, over-sweet coffee, really poor staff. 4 times, all 4 times very bad.

Dairy free option: after having become lactose intolerant, air travel became a bit of a dread for me. Too much of airport/airplane food comes with bunch of cheese. I was happy to find this ball of salad from Burma Love (SF local restaurant) here. It was not only delicious, but filling, energy packed, and relatively affordable (as others commented some items here and other shops at the airport are very highly priced, but this one was $13 before tax.

It’s embarrassing to say it’s coffee shop when they don’t have sugar or sweeteners for your coffee and they make you to do your own half & half and it tastes so bed I throw it away because it’s just plain coffee I ordered the mocha it’s says mothers of all coffee but I don’t think they should be around coffee the led leaks everywhere yeah never 👎 again really expensive for no quality or quantity

The staff was somewhat nice but the coffee is overheated and super burnt. They need better training.
Server was nice. This place is an absolute ripoff!! Employee benefit surcharge wtf, over $10 for an orange juice, around $14 for a bacon breakfast sandwich. They make Starbucks look cheap! Never again!

The employee was useless and super rude. The price that the juice I bought was marked as 3.95 and she rang it up as 4.95. When I asked why her answer was that she is only an employee.

The female cashier this morning around 8am was so disgustingly rude and racist towards me and others. She would say good morning to White or Asian customers and would not say a word to colored customers, an older Indian couple, Black women, Brazilian mother and child, even Airport TSA and Pilots. To witness and experience this was appalling and inhumane and I do not recommend going near this place and supporting this corporation if she is working there. She also sighed every time a colored customer entered forcing her to break away from her loud Facebook videos of obnoxious laughter as she sat at the customer table area. The worst part was hearing colored customers say thank you after ordering and she would say nothing. Horrible
