I've been awake all night and went to buy a coffee but my card wasn't working properly. After a couple of unsucessful attempts she let me take it. Was VERY nice of her. Very kind lady. I will be sure to pay it forward. đ€

I donât normally go to the effort of posting bad reviews but the cashier today was unacceptably complacent and rude. She was playing games on her phone when I walked up (I was the only person in line) and didnât make eye contact or say anything for about 30-45 seconds, then said something in a condescending tone along the lines of âwell, whenever youâre readyâ still without looking up. She only gestured to the card machine for payment then went back to her game. I didnât know whether it had gone through or not so after an awkward amount of time standing there after paying, I slowly backed away to wait near the pickup counter. I then observed another customer (who was visibly restless and checking his phone, probably boarding soon) ask the status of his drink, to which she replied âI donât knowâ and then immediately went back to her phone/game. The customer instead leaned over the counter to the other employee (who was standing less than 3 feet away from the cashier and very busily making drinks) for confirmation that his drink was in progress Overall a very unprofessional presentation from this lady. The coffee was very good though

The coffee is the worst ever. The croissant tasted like 20 years old. Very pricey. People that work there are very friendly thou.

Overpriced food & drinks. Stale bakery items. Coffee thatâs bad! 50c for an extra cup! Unhelpful staff - have no motivation to make coffee or serve customers.
Location is very convenient! And looks nice.

Pros: very fast and friendly service. Pumpkin pie cold brew was very good
Cons: the bacon breakfast was sadly inedible. Like...I dont like to waste food but I couldnt eat it. Just look at the pictures. I know airport food is expensive but paying $21 only to get this is rough

People were nice, coffee was decent, over priced but normal for an airport. Did charge me for employee surcharge but it was under a dollar.

Dairy free option: after having become lactose intolerant, air travel became a bit of a dread for me. Too much of airport/airplane food comes with bunch of cheese. I was happy to find this ball of salad from Burma Love (SF local restaurant) here. It was not only delicious, but filling, energy packed, and relatively affordable (as others commented some items here and other shops at the airport are very highly priced, but this one was $13 before tax.
