As someone from Guilin, I have to say their Guilin Rice Noodle is pretty authentic! I’m simply glad I can find flavors so close to home here in SF. I hope they would put some pickled bamboo shoots in the Guilin Rice Noodle as well. Also, the last time I ate there, the braised beef slices were a bit bland and the pork belly was too salty. With that said, it was still very delicious and I will visit again for sure!

Mamma mia! Guilin Rice Noodle House is a total power-up! From the moment I jumped in, I felt like I was in a secret level of noodle heaven. The atmosphere is as cozy as a Mushroom Kingdom castle, and the noodles? Let’s-a go—they’re the real superstar!

The Guilin rice noodles here are cooked to perfection, with just the right bounce, like hopping on a Goomba. And the broth? Wow! It’s so rich and flavorful, it’s like collecting a 1-Up with every slurp....

I didn't know what guilin noodles were like but it tasted pretty good from the bowl. Noodles along with bamboo shoots were flavorful and nice portion. Noodle dish comes with soup on the side and the soup was refreshing compliment with salty noodles.
