Great food and customer service though our server takes awhile to check in on us and we also had our orders mixed up or were giving the wrong item we asked for. Otherwise the delicious food and atmosphere was great

I have been trying gyu kaku in my country just one time and only. Because the range of price, so the quality of beef quite terrible and not tasty. But Gyu Kaku SF is surprised me both tasty and quality of food. My friend and I opt $78/person all you can eat which not disappointed us. Now I found one of the best Yakiniku in SF and add it to my Fav restaurant. A server is great. But host like to talk with the coworker. At least they should pay attention by say thank you once customer leave or don't hold the exit way.

We had a great evening out at Gyu-Kaku! Our server Cody was amazing. He really took care of us. Our only complaint as how fast the food came out. We got a large, deluxe set for 4 people, with an amazing number of courses but we couldn't grill it all fast enough. And we didn't want to just pile it all on the grill and start a fire or overcook everything. We should have asked them when we ordered for the meat courses to come our individually....

Food was delicious and everything was brought out in a timely manner. Servers were very attentive to us and made sure we our drinks were full, plates were cleared, and new food brought out. Some of the best staff I've had anywhere!

if you want a fun, lively get together with friends or family, eat well, laugh a lot and leave happy; this place is for you. Simple, but with great service a lots of fun as you cook your food, which is abundant. We could not finish all, but had great time and laughter.

I just wanna say I had a great experience and I made a reservation and they were so helpful for our reservation. (It's necessary!). Really good food (I swear by their spicy tuna volcano and I will come back for this item alone) really great pricing and food is so easy to cook with so much ease. Their food has such a unique diversity to it, and topping it off with desert that's included in their ‘all you can eat' was really the cherry on top. We were attended to all the time. Getting rounds of food without having to wait and water was always full. I love this place and come here for really special occasions but I will come so much more often. Deserves so much more love and attention. I don't review many places but these people are doing a really great job over there. Unforgettable restaurant.
