Excellent food and service. I had the veggie burrito. It had a nice grilled interior which I couldn't figure out. It may have been cheese. Their salsa is delicious as well.

The server was the sweetest! We had orchestra show and were running late. They held our food and warmed it up when we came back during break. The food was soo delicious. Loved everything about this place!

I Try it for the first time to see what kind food they got. Usually I go for tacos for every Mexican restuarant. But their tacos what I called something new and very delicious. Had their Taco Asada, good flavor and seasoning. Best part their green salsa which idk what it is I had to ask for more. Told the counter their tacos was the best I had for very long time. For sure im coming back again

Chicken Shawarma absolutely delicious!!! Chicken is full of flavor. Be careful of the hot sauce, brought tears to my eyes, but good. Colorful presentation. Friendly and welcoming staff. Great customers service. Easy order Kiosk and seating area.

The chicken burrito I ordered from the kiosk was good but the chicken was overly seasoned and was a bit salty. The menu has a variety of options that I want to try but at $20 for a burrito, I'm a little hesitant.

I've been here twice, the first time I was watching a show at the theatre across the street and came to order takeout afterwards. The birria was great and they use goat so it was delicious. That was a busy Saturday night. I returned on a slow Thursday night looking forward to the great food I had before but it was not the same quality of food. I was expecting it to taste even better dining in since it would be hot from the kitchen. I ordered the birria tacos because I'm lactose intolerant and they served me quesabirria instead. I didn't notice the price difference when I paid because the staff member told me the total after taxes. I did notice that 2 out of 3 of the staff members had very red eyes so maybe they were under the influence and just assumed that I ordered quesabirria. I think I will try it again on a Saturday, hopefully the difference is just the cooks and not actual lower quality ingredients.

Was excited to try this place out before a show at Golden Gate Theater on a Saturday night and rather disappointed. Food is decent and for SF price was ok (we did the quesabirria combo and the chicken shawarma plate) - but took awhile to come out. Dirty tables, no one is bussing or clearing the trash area- I saw four customers spraying their own tables because it was such a mess- we did the same. there is no clear system for picking up your food - some people are given a receipt - some are not. We only got half our order. Random boxes are on counters, no extra utensils, cups, water station? Think there was one guy at counter and one person in kitchen. Have no idea what is going on in this place- will never dine in again.

Food is good, wait time is horrendous. They kept the decor and broken soda machines from the previous tenant, a burger restaurant. Ordered food from the terminal, wait time was around 20 minutes but ended up close to 30 minutes, probably because they had 2 people working the kitchen and they receive a bunch of mobile orders. The place was empty when I arrived.
I had ordered a Birria Ramen, my only complaint is that they only gave 3 slices of radish, which is nothing. Would not recommend here for a quick meal, this place is very slow in terms of number of workers.
The wait for the food killed everything, I cannot imagine the wait time during lunch time.

I live in the neighborhood but hadn't given this place a shot, and thank goodness I came it my senses. A friend and I both got a falafel burrito, and they were delicious! The portion was pretty big, and the green salsa is *chefs kiss*. Great place for a midday or late night pick me up.
