Great hand rolls in the city. Claudia (the handroll chef) was so sweet, curated each handroll with care and was so nice to us the whole night - she made it a great experience. Thanks Claudia!
We dined on a Friday evening. The hosts were great with table service, but the hand roll assembler was not having it. No interaction or providing any details of what’s being served. Each roll tasted the same with the same dryness bland ingredients and look matching the hand roll guy’s vibe. Another lack of attention to detail was the algae growing in the water carafe.
Amazing! I would come back any day. The rolls were delicious, the service was spot on and it didn’t break our bank. We love that the sets are coursed out and we could enjoy them at a nice pace.
