This place what can i say lol it's horrible to say the least. The staff is rude they actually dont care if you stay or leave. The owner is this older lady who is also really rude and rushes you through when you are ordering. We ordered the typical dim sum dishes like everyone and even those didnt come out right. The dumpling skins are hard and the shrimp have a very very sharp taste. At the end 8 dishes and 3 people lol we gave up and probably finished the fried lotus root cake some rice and the some of the dumplings we ordered. When we asked for the check the rude lady just tosses the receipt on the table and didn't even ask if we wanted to go boxes lol I guess she knew the food isnt good either. Anyways i would stay away from here its also not the cleanest place to eat to. Good luck!

Great dim sum place! Located in SF Chinatown, this place is where old-school chinese folks go for real Dim Sum, my friend. The place looks old school, like it has been around for ages. The manager is a little old lady, who even gave us some free dim sum! The food is authentic. Served hot and fresh. Food is fresh because the place is always packed with customers so the food goes quickly and everything is made fresh. Definitely will go back!

Old shop, poor management, old and dirty, found here on Sunday night, not even a single customer. Qitang asked: Is it for dinner? What are you doing without eating? Feeling uneasy, do you want to turn around and leave? But I heard that the claypot rice here is good, so I will take a gamble.I ordered two claypot rice, eel rice and cured pork ribs rice. It was so delicious that I almost cried.Claypot rice in Hong Kong pays attention to the aroma of the rice, the rice is burnt and sweet, the rice grains are distinct, and the oil sauce is full. It's all done here. American sausage tastes sweeter, not as good as Hong Kong, but this eel rice is authentic. Fragrant, sweet, soft and fresh. The rice was burnt and fragrant, and a large piece could be scooped out and eaten up.I feel that the sincerity of a small shop that can make such reliable dishes is not bad. It's just that the management is not good. The old Chinese have worked hard all their lives, and they can't clean their house well. They don't know if the shop is moldy.Anyway, give them a recommendation, such an old shop, if there is one less, I hope they can continue to do so.If you feel good after eating it, please give this piece a like so that others can see it.This place should never get a 5 stars, but i want to skew it up. and hope that someone would reads this even though it starts with Chinese comments. This place is old and dirty and poorly managed, I almost turn back and run away when I walked into a totally empty dining hall. But I was told this place has great food. in particular the casserole rice pot. I ordered 2 of them, the eel rice pot and Chinese sausage and pork ribs pot. Those are genuinely the best rice pot I have ever tasted outside of Hong Kong, the eel pot is even better than HK. This is not a restaurant for everyone. but if you are Chinese foodie. you'd know how hard it is to make a perfect rice pot. it is cooked in a ceramic pot, from scratch, not like the Korean stone pot. or other places, where they put cooked rice into a heated pot and called it a rice pot. it is not expensive but requires a lot of attention and takes awhile. Restaurants doesn't like to make it and even if they do, it is not easy to make it right. The burnt rice in the bottom must be crunchy and crackling. the rice needs to be done right, moist and fragrant, but not saucy, or oily.Man, this place delivered, on point on every mark! Even on a slow day, empty dining hall, and dilapidated place. They are still putting a lot of respect and love to the food they make.I know this place can get busy in the afternoon for dim sum. it is chinatown after all. But they deserve a little shout out, and a little better business in the evening. I hope this review would help them.If you find this review useful and truthful to their rice pot. please give it a like. Hopefully more people will see it.

They have a lot of veggie and tofu options, which is nice when you're vegetarian. Yet lots of meat options for my hubby. The food and service was great.
