Food and Service were excellent. Hot tea from start to finish. Food arrived quickly and was presented well and all together.

The food as always was delicious. I was disappointed with the service. The servers were a bit laggy and inattentive.

We were international business travelers visiting from Japan, China, Korea, Belgium and Rumania and the food as wonderful. We had pepper crab, Peking Duck, Tofu and vegetable dishes, crispy fried rice, etc! The waiter (Gene) was so friendly, informative and he let each of us pay separately (13 of us!) since we were on business trip and each of us needed a separate receipt. I highly recommend if you are looking for a good Chinese food in San Francisco!

The food took awhile to arrive our table so the food temperature subsided a lot. The noise level was unbearable. Each table was back to back so close that we could not have normal conversation. When patrons got some alcohol in their stomach, they did not aware they were creating nuisance. The ventilation is below level. My son could not enjoy his food because the of noise and stuffy air and cramping seating. Not to mention about my grandchildren. This place was listed as high-end restaurant. I did not expect we were getting this level of service.

Karen Wong & Frank Wong are the best owners! Food and service is always great. Will definitely be recommend and come back all the time.

Good food. Okay service since tea was not automatically brought out. We had to ask. Beware of 18% service charge no matter how big your party. Tip section was not crossed out of receipt either.

Went here with my wife for our anniversary and we're very disappointed. We only saw our server when we ordered and when we asked for our bill. Dirty dishes were left on our table. I wanted to order more drinks but our server never came around she was too busy with a table of 10 she had and we felt completely ignored. We decided we were going to tip appropriately but when we received our bill an 18% gratuity had already been added. Wow... no wonder service so bad they automatically get 18% for ignoring their patrons. Hey I'm sure that table of 10 had great service. My wife and I are usually quite easy to please and I don't like writing negative reviews but felt we had to as we have travelled extensively and I can honestly say never received such poor service. The food was good, I had the Peking duck which was delicious but other than that this was a very poor experience.

We sat in a private room so the sound level was actually very quiet. The food and service was excellent.

We enjoyed our soup. Very, very good. Then nothing arrived for 45 minutes. Waiter John forgot about us. When we finally tracked him down, he had excuses. Slow in the kitchen. We saw others getting their orders promptly. After 50 minutes we got our first dish and it was cold. We were so hungry we didn't send it back. Then after another 10-15 minutes, the other two orders came. They were freshly cooked and hot. Never saw the waiter again as he was busy with all his others tables, not ours. We had to track down another waiter to ask for the bill. There was an 18% tip added for this bad service. I did not recall a notice on the bill.

Michelin rating a remnant of the past....There are lots of better Chinese restaurants in town.

Great dim sum on any day. Huge Dino g room and expansive outdoor deck overlooking the Ferry Blg. Bring an appetite and be prepared for slow service to get the bill paid. Otherwise it's great!

I made a reservation in advance using opentable and I requested a window seat, which I did get. There wasn't much of a view, but it is always nice to have the window seat. The menu had a wonderful variety to choose from. We had a couple of appetizers and dinner entrees and everything was served fresh. We loved the food it was truly delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant. The duck sliders were tasty!! The beef dish was amazing and the shrimp were huge! Love this restaurant.

Been coming here for years. Had the best service with Vicky as our waitress. All of the dishes came out piping hot and not all at once. We decided to get a steamed rock cod which we selected from the tank. This is an off menu dish and Vicky advised us on this. It was great but I don't think it was worth the $120 cost. The fish was small. Other than that, we will come back but not order the fish unless special occasion.

We had an 8 pm reservation and they made us feel rushed the whole time we were there! They said the kitchen was closing and needed our order. We ordered appetizers and about 10 minutes later ordered the rest of the food and everything came out at the same time. The food was ok not great.
