Food always good. Had to request water three times. They were very busy and service was slow. Kitchen was fast.

We ordered dim sum and appetizers as starters. They were just outstanding -- the dim sums are so fresh, delicious -- comparable to the very best that you can get in Hong Kong. I am very impressed with the high quality even though this was dinner time and normally the dim sum is only served by lunch. For main courses, we ordered Sweet and Sour Pork, Roasted Chicken, Pea Shoots cooked in supreme broth and Egg White Fried Rice. Sweet and Sour Pork was my mom's favorite dish and we order this dish at every family gathering. I have to say this is comparable to the best Sweet and Sour Pork we've had in Hong Kong, Toronto etc. The Pork pieces were crunchy with a nice bite and the sauce was sweet -- maybe a little more on the tangy side would be good. The two dishes that I am most impressed with are the Pea Shoots cooked in Supreme broth and the Egg white fried rice. The pea shoots all came from the tip of the shoots, they are tender and fresh tasting, cooked just right in the broth. The chef who prepared this dish knows exactly how to control the temperature and the timing to make such a perfect and delicious vegetable dish. So clean tasting. If you love vegetables, this is the dish to order. The Egg White Fried Rice really impressed me -- this is what the perfect fried rice should be. Every grain is whole, there is no trace of oil in the rice, toss and stir fried to perfection. The rice s fragrant with the egg white and not salty at all. I ate the leftover fried rice last night and it was still very, very good. Wow, the chef has such a great technique and gentle and careful touch. For dessert, we ordered the Sesame Mochi with Almond soup and Sesame Mochi with Ginger soup. Absolutely the perfect ending to our meal. And I'm thinking of coming back soon for more.

Excellent service from the staff, a bit disappointed at the size of the food, got smaller. Will think twice before bringing a group dinner.

Great place for a group! All the dim sum classics plus some new items done extremely well. Bring a big group so you can try everything!

Harborview assigned an outdoor seating as requested. The ambience, food and service were excellent. We all enjoyed it very much.

Great for groups, really accommodating! Food is true Chinese food, and comes out when it comes. We come here a lot, and they always take care of us!

Wonderful Dim Sum meal! Their special pork buns are worth the visit alone tho everything was very tasty. Great experience when visiting San Francisco.

We had dim sum with a reservation at 2 pm. Great fresh HOT Dim Sum. Kitchen closed at 2:30 so we had to order the menu items by then. We ordered Chinese Broccoli and Peking Duck, both delicious. Pretty view of the Bay and the Ferry Bldg, great service, and food! It was a bit expensive ($12 for 4 Har Gow or 4 Siew Mai). But definitely the best Dim Sum, from someone who has been going to SF Chinatown since I was little.

We didn't have any servers helping us for over 10 minutes after we had decided what we wanted. There were servers that were just standing around and when I told them we were ready to order, they just said someone will be with you shortly which was not the case. The food also came very slowly. My husband ordered a dish that never came even after we asked for it. The rest of the the family pretty much finished our dinner and we were still waiting for his dish. Finally we were charge for tea that we never ordered. When I asked for it to be removed, the lady was rude and charged us $1 per person for hot water when we had spent $9 on the sprinkling water and a few of us didn't even drink the hot water. By that point we just wanted to leave the place.

We had a wonderful 89th birthday party for my mom here on a Sunday. The food was delicious and the price was really quite fair. We ordered the geoduck sashimi which was really special, generously portioned and so very tasty. It came in a very splashy and fun presentation. It also came with a broth made from the geoduck. We didn't do the banquet menu because we were a small party and it did save us some money to order a la carte, and fewer leftovers that way too. Definitely on my party/special day rotation now.

We've been here twice so far and look forward to going back soon! While it can be noisy and crowded, the food made up for it! The three treasures, baked cod, bbq pork buns, prawns with honey walnut, scallops, truffle udon, everything was so fresh and flavorful! They know how to prepare it! The only thing was my husband said the duck was just ok. So we have to try again. Suggest making reservations.

The best crispy pork and baked buns EVER. Worth a visit just for those two items but the dim sum is great as well. Spacious enough to accommodate large weekend crowds and super efficient service without making you feel rushed.

This is a nice place for a meal, but the noise level is so high we couldn't carry on a conversation. The food was great as usual, and the service was impeccable. We were inside. Might be better on the patio.

Good food but indoor is a bit too loud

We enjoyed their amazing dim sum on their outdoor patio with a lovely view of the SF Ferry building
