Food was exceptional and extremely quick, which was quite welcome! Drinks were very good and overall had a lovely dinner with a friend.

We were a large party of 11 and the restaurant took really good care of us. We were in a smaller room with two large tables. We were at one table and another family was at another one. Noise was a bit high but not horrible. We ordered off of the banquet menu which was perfect. Everything was great! We really had a lot of fun and enjoyed all the food and service. Everyone took turns controlling the lazy susan.

Really delicious, fresh tasting dimsum. The private recipe beef was exceptional. It was crowded but we had reservations, seated right away The noise level was loud so this is not a place for a romantic date, it's more for a families and friends outing. The restaurant was cute and would have liked to sit by the window to people watch those on the embarcadero. Will definitely come back!

HV has become out go to over YS etc. Food is always good. Excellent variety. Wish items like chili sauce and soy were preset with tea as it is difficult to get once service starts. Our server this visit was excellent. She was on point.

My friends and I were visiting SF for the first time and since its my bday I made dinner reservations here as it was recommended by a friend. I mentioned at my reservations if we could be seated in a table with a view. Sadly it didnt happened. The restaurant was so busy at dinner time. Thankfully we had reservations. The food was good like really good. And the serving was fast too. Unfortunately since the restaurant was so busy and we were seated at the corner, you couldnt really feel the good dinner ambience.

Visited this restaurant today for dim sum, and it was a solid experience. The food was delicious, fresh, and flavorful. The service was just okay—nothing exceptional, but it got the job done. The atmosphere was incredibly busy, with a packed restaurant and a lively crowd. A nice bonus was the unexpected $50 voucher for the next visit, which made the experience even better. Overall, a good spot for dim sum, but be prepared for the hustle and bustle!

Booked a large table for a birthday party - the food is delicious and seems to be authentic (according to my Canto friends). We ordered salt and pepper calamari, sautéed veggies, beef with peppers, etc.

Not the best price given it’s in Embarcadero, but a good spot to eat and gather if you are nearby with friends. Lots of big gatherings here, e.g. engagement dinner, weddings, family reunions, etc.
