I have to wait for 20 a 25 minutes for my baby ribs, but it was worded to wait for it. The food was very good, the baby ribs just fall off the bone, just great! The service was also good. Only the place it's self in side was very poor, the most Hard Rock Café's what I visited are really Hard Rock. But overall, I had a good time with nice food. Only the prizes are ridiculous high.
My kids wanted to go here and I was a little hesitant since it's such a touristy area. I was pleasantly surprised that it was clean, with great service and good food! It was a win for our family of 6!
Great location but service was a bit slow... the kids' food came out quick which was great for them but then our food took an age. It was very good though once it arrived. It's got the usual Hard Rock Cafe vibe but without as cool memorabilia as other sites. Not a bad option when eating at Pier 39.
