Had an amazing time visit San Francisco this week. Hard Rock Cafe had exceptional service and the host were so nice to my family. One the girls, I think her name was Nicole, was so nice to my little sister. The food came out amazing and we had enough time after our appetizers before our meal came out and we unfortunately didn’t stay for dessert but it’s and excuse to come back for sure.
Came in with my family right when you walk in I'm greeted my a lovely host Nicole she was super friendly and got us a seat right away will definitely be going back food was delicious thank you Nicole on your outstanding service most places the host is just there to do there job but not this one she welcomed us the moment we walked in and started the atmosphere just right
I came to this location before. And had to double back. It’s was packed, but the service was still GREAT the host. Nicole, always smiling great energy treat us amazing. 5 star host 5 star establishment great job
