Great spot for our Birthday dinner with 6 teens. We came here for the Gluten free menu to accomodate a few in our party and were pleased to have many options, including wings, burgers with choice of 3 different sides, mashed potatoes, salad or vegetables Fries were not an option due to no dedicated fryer. It was a fun atmosphere and the staff were friendly.
Customer service amazing they treated us very good our waitress was super nice and funny and helpful but the food was not the best I ordered the Cesar salad and it tasted like hand sanitizer it was bitter most of us ordered burgers they were okay I wouldn't say they were the best burgers we've ever had but mid now the Mac and cheese gross disgusting and extremely dry and cold it lacked flavor and creaminess worst mac and cheese I've ever tasted I for sures never...
I frequent Hard Rocks wherever I go. This one was very mediocre. This store didn't have a personality to me. The former San Francisco HR did. While I was there, the music was an afterthought to the college playoff game. My flatbread was ok but had little taste. I won't be returning to this one.
