If you value your health DO NOT EAT HERE. The food absolutely horrible. The food was gross!!! My entire family felt ill after eating there. You people need to fire your chefs.

Possibly the worst Hard Rock I have ever been too, we arrived and was told to sit at the bar as there was no tables available at the moment. Walked into the restaurant to see tonnes of tables empty but OK no probs we will sit at the bar. Sat at the bar and ordered 2 cocktails, with in 2 minutes of us sitting down, a homeless crackhead from outside had found their way into the restaurant and was going round the bar asking people to buy her a beer. She smelt so strong of piss it was unreal. She sat on 2 seats and left pissy wet patches on both seats. Staff done nothing about this, the one member of staff called for the manager and he come over and spoke to her and proceeded to let her sit there still. 4 parties around the bar all got their food containers to take away and left. Poor staff management allowed 4 parties of paying customers to leave so they could have a smelly crackhead sat there not spending money? Makes 0 sense. Staff are clearly gutless like the rest of this city. Too liberal and scared to say what needs to be said! Don't get me wrong It's a sad situation but it's a business at the end of the day not a homeless shelter and I'm a paying customer who wants to enjoy my time at the restaurant without being hounded and almost puking from piss smell. I have been to 11 hard rocks all over the world and this was the worst one even with out the ordeal we had, there was next to nothing on the walls to see and more expensive than others. Everyone's drinks and food should have been refunded at least as all of our evenings were ruined by their staff not having a back bone!

We had to wait 20 min to enter even if the place was empty due to short staff / Then we ordered 3 burgers one for each person, one never arrived even when told to two different waiters. Is very uncomfortable to be eating when one person at the table is not eating. At the end we cancelled the one missing bite and they offered to pay one of the other ones, overall experience was very negative and this is the second time we had a bad experience we just thought it was a one time thing but I al afraid is not. I doubt we will be back.

Food took a while coming out...seemed like a quiet night of servers...there was a singer which kept the entertainment going but otherwise lack lustre In atmosphere compared to other hard rocks...

A classic hard rock café but it's always a great time to eat in this kind of setting. Even if it's not the most original of those I've come across on my path, it's still a good choice for lovers of good rock music ?

Was super excited to eat at the Hard Rock San Fran in the best location! Was immediately disappointed. The restaurant was empty. It was a weird vibe. The staff was odd. The food was ok - but we ended up enjoying the vendors on the boardwalk WAY better 1/4 of the price. The worst part was how filthy the restaurant was. We wanted to get up and leave. The floors were covered in garbage and paper, the restroom was filthy with hair and brown gunk in the sink and paper towel and water on the floor. The silverware was disgusting we had to get new sets. It’s just made my stomach churn. Not a pleasant experience. Will not be going back.

We visited the Hard Rock Cafe as I had been looking for a good cocktail in SF. I was not disappointed! Really enjoyed trying all the different cocktails (at least 4 different ones, all of which were delicious!). I thought the prices were very reasonable for SF and we really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food.We sat at the bar and received great service from Juliesca - she could not have been more helpful and attentive and made some great recommendations. Although the restaurant was quite quiet, the other wait staff did seem very disorganised and spent a lot of time standing around or looking at their phones, which didn't give a great impression. Overall though, we really enjoyed our visit!

I had never been to a Hard Rock Cafe before and was REALLY excited to finally get to try one. We were seated right away. The hostesses were ok. Not super welcoming. They had two doors propped open, and it was absolutely freezing. So we had to keep our jackets on through the whole visit. My 6yr old had to use the bathroom once we were seated, and as we were walking to it a man who worked there asked if we needed a table. I was confused by the question and said no we’re headed to the bathroom. And in a very rude way he asked me if we were actually eating there. I said yes, and he just walked away. Didn’t really appreciate that. I understand that they must have a customer only policy for the bathroom, but at the risk of insulting actual customers perhaps that should be handled more professionally. Between him and the hostesses we weren’t off to a great start. Our waiter on the other hand was WONDERFUL! Very friendly, and was great with our kids! I believe his name was KJ, and he is absolutely worth mentioning for the service he provided! The food was expensive, but excellent!! There wasn’t as much to look at as I thought there was going to be, but the memorabilia we did see was really neat. Worth a visit, but they gotta get all their employees providing that same level of service that our waiter did ?.

Very rushed service. Asked what we wanted before letting us see the menu, mains turned up half way through starters. Didn't ask but got given the bill before we finished. Food was fine and drinks good. Nice server but rushed everything. Ps this is A shadow of other Hard Rock cafe sites like London, Orlando or Vegas . Very small with little memorabilia.

I had a Reservation but still waited in the Lobby for 20mins and I mentioned that I’m celebrating my Girlfriend Birthday but the host and the server Bunny didn’t show much interest of it and we ordered Mojito and Belgian Wheat beer and I mentioned I want to buy Hurricane glass when the bill arrived I got charged for the beer glass as well I chose ignore it and coming to service BUNNY the server is the one who is taking care of us and never checked on us after taking the order and the Appetizer came after 25mins of ordering,I can understand it’s a busy place but still and my drinks came after Appetizers and they asked for Second Round and I opted for my beer it came after 10mins and the main course came after 2nd round of Drink in between BUNNY the server never checked on us and at the end when the bill part comes I decided not to pay the gratuity because of the terrible experience from the server BUNNY, and when they saw the bill that I did not Tip bunny, they came to me and asked why I didn’t pay the tip is there anything wrong, I said I didn’t like it anything it was not a great experience and BUNNY quite didn’t understand I assume and told me I’m so Disrespectful. I know the Customer service industry and from my own understanding CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. So i don’t how BUNNY can talk to a customer like that,I can understand BUNNY is pissed because I didn’t gave the TIP but still that is the way to talk to customer.working for a big company,I felt like BUNNY need more training about how to talk to customers and overall my girlfriend birthday experience ruined by your STAFF thank you for that and never coming back to this and highly not recommending anyone.
