We had an absolutely amazing dining experience at the Hard Rock Cafe in San Francisco, all thanks to our server, Craig! He provided exceptionally well-crafted, top-tier service. Craig took his time, showed incredible patience, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed. If you visit, definitely ask to be seated in Craig’s section!
We came to Hard Rock Cafe at Pier 36 in San Francisco mainly because my wife was craving the brownie dessert with warm chocolate sauce and ice cream. We expected to stop in just for dessert, but the hospitality was so welcoming that we ended up enjoying a full meal—appetizers, steak, wings, and of course the brownie.

Stopped into Hard Rock Cafe San Francisco during a cruise stop, my 111th Hard Rock visit, and it did not disappoint.
Jack behind the bar made excellent Hurricanes, and Kevin the manager came over to say hello.
They both made me feel really welcome, and we even swapped some fun Hard Rock stories.
Busy place but still warm and personable. Next time I'm in town, I'll absolutely be back.
