De dame en heer die ons bij de ontvangst een tafel moesten geven hadden denk ik hun dag niet. Dit zijn we niet gewend bij Hard Rock Cafe's. De bediening aan onze tafel was top en het eten was weer heerlijk!
I came in on Saturday and the food was top tier! The staff were all friendly and so welcoming. It’s such an amazing experience coming to eat here. I would give it a 5 star, but I only gave 3 because there is this girl that works at the front to seat people in, and she was rude. She is shorter, dark hair and seemed annoyed to talk, or even seat me at my table. She could possibly be new? It was my first time seeing her work there. Did not like her attitude at all. The Hard Rock Café in San Francisco is really beautiful, large and of course perfectly located on Pier 39 at Fishermans Warf!The food was delicious, service too! The whole atmosphere was great!The shop, on the other hand, was very small and so was the selection of T-shirts and the like.Kid-friendliness: Enough space for strollers etc.
