We came to the Famous Pier 39 for lunch, and found this authentic looking Chowder house. We ordered the Chowder bread bowl, but regretted it after the total climbed over 100 dollars and the fact being that we couldn't finish the bread. Also the Chowder was not that good.
Only had drinks but was good

T's Fish & Chips is known as the most reliable fish and chip store, with consistent quality over the years. The service is straightforward, as it is a food truck where you order and receive your food. The ambiance of picnic benches under umbrellas is fitting for San Francisco, although the tables can be sticky. Customers appreciate the fresh and delicious food, with highlights being the Crazy fries and clam chowder in a bread bowl. Located just a few blocks away from Fisherman's Wharf, it's worth the extra steps for a satisfying meal.
