Everything is great, but hands down the best scones in San Francisco. Factor-in fair pricing and large coffee sizes on offer, and I’m willing to re-route my morning path on the regular
Like to have a soup here! Nice and polite stuff!!!!!

We love this bakery! Ate there every morning we were in town because the cornbread biscuit breakfast sandwiches and ginger-currant scones were so delicious! (We couldn’t get off them long enough to try anything else!) My mouth is watering just writing this.

Their cinnamon rolls hit the spot!
The staff were nice, but the scone was sort of the one you can get a half-dozen in Safeway, with too much sugar on top. I was expecting something more of Arismendi quality.

Cacoa nibs are amazing!
Very nice bakery, operating as a non-profit to help folks find employment that might be able to otherwise. Very much enjoyed the peach-berry tart that I took home.

One of the most delicious, vegan sandwiches in San Francisco is served here. Roasted veggies on sliced multi grain bread w/ optional pickled jalapenos. Don't miss this ?
The cookies and other baked items are super yummy too!

My favorite latte, compostable everything, community centered, great customer service, ambiance friendly, and fast. Vegan pastries and decaf friendly.

We unexpectedly visited this place for brunch today. Oh my, WAS IT GREAT!!!!
First of all, all the pastries and sandwiches we got were freshly made and delicious - way above what we expected.
I was also impressed that this is the first cafe/restaurant in SF that didn’t even have landfill trash - you only see compost, recycle, or wash/reuse bin.
Later today, I visited their website and found this statement - “a non profit social enterprise providing employment and training for people with disabilities, who are homeless or at risk.” So they’re sustainable and also humanitarian. I think we need more places like this, especially in SF.
My fiance and I entered here without much thoughts and expectations, and we decided to visit here again (although we don’t live nearby).

This place is awesome. They use quality ingredients to make some of the most delicious things you have ever tasted. The atmosphere is very upbeat and welcoming with a focus on customer service. They actually hire people with developmental disabilities and those who are homeless or at risk and teach them solid fundamentals for getting and keeping a good job.I can't say enough good things about this place. Mark, the manager, is awesome and caring, and Martha, the baker, is a step above other bakers and makes some of the most unique and delicious treats.I also have to mention Roxeanna, who works just about every position in the bakery and is always courteous and efficient.Do yourself and stop into the San Francisco treasure today.
