Great food for brunch, nice vibe overall. French toast was delicious, hash was good, chilaquiles were just OK. My only criticism is that I dislike high-top seating, and this restaurant has a lot of it! Luckily the host was able to offer us a regular table instead of the high top after promising we'd finish in an hour—which worked out perfectly given we needed to leave for a show.
The food was very good. It was late so we ordered a bunch of appetizers to share. The Oaxacan Cheese Fundido, Sichuan Pork Dumplings, and Ahi Tuna Poke On Crispy Wontons were absolutely delicious. The service was a bit slow but the place was packed, probably need more servers . But all and all it is a great place for a late night drink and a bite to eat after the ballet, without breaking the bank.
NYE. We were happy to see it was absolutely packed. We decided to share all dishes family style since all sounded delicious. We ordered a bottle of champagne, a starter, and three mains amongst four people. We ordered: Crispy Glazed Pork Belly Bao Buns, Ricotta Gnocci, Grilled Wagyu Flatiron Steak Frites, and Duck Carbonara. Service was fine, but thought it was interesting that our server asked us if we had a peanut allergy...
