For a corner bar, they have a good bartender very friendly, small place but good people great drinks The Hearth has been a staple in the Richmond district for years, Carl was the owner years ago and he was always welcoming. The new owners are great and very friendly feel very safe being in there it’s a great place to go and hang out.Parking: Street parking

A great dive bar in The Richmond District of San Francisco. The term "dive bar" does not indicate anything negative. They have a strong liquor selection and decent beers, too. The regulars were quite nice, and welcomed me. I believe one of the owners was behind the bar. They also had an area for darts (the metal pointy kind, not those plastic imitation darts). This place will definitely enter the rotation for me.

Finally found the perfect local bar. Staff is friendly and accommodating. This is THE neighborhood bar if you live in the Richmond and if not and live in city at all i'd highly recommend this bar. They have a pool table some arcade games and darts to boot. After pandemic it's been hard to find a good dive, this is it people.

We stopped by The Hearth after dinner for some drinks and to play a couple games of pool. Really nice bartender and reasonable prices. The pool table is in a separate room which was surprisingly nice, and each game is only a quarter! Wasn't really crowded at 7pm, so we were able to play four games uninterrupted. Really nice dive bar and I'd definitely come back if I was ever in the area.

My go to spot to grab a beer and play some games of pool. Staff is always friendly and I always look forward to seeing some of my fav bartenders there. Crowd is welcoming and I never have a hard time picking up a game with some regulars. Very chill and relaxed vibe here. Gem of a spot!

My new haunt. Great folks slinging drinks and chatting. Really chill vibe with no pretentious b******** Pool table available and always something fun playing on the jukebox. By the way if you roll in there with and attitude or play some f***** up s*** on their juke box your gonna get an earful.That said, they got their game set straight. You want drunken drama. Go somewhere else. plenty of options.This place is a nice quiet gem. Dig it.
