Food that we ordered was so delicious, with good portions and authentic, well marinated flavors. Bún đậu mắm tôm 10/10, Cá kho tộ 9/10 (minus because of the bones), Canh chua cá 20/10 (the most delicious I’ve ever had in my life), Sụn gà chiên mắm 10/10, Gỏi cuốn tôm thịt 8/10 (the sauce is quite light, but the gỏi cuốn is so yummy and thick I still loved it).

Bun cha Ha Noi is so tasty and this place is chill
Finally a Vietnamese snail spot that is affordable and not in San Jose! Tried their Canadian sea snails in garlic sauce, which was ~$20. Portions are sizable and the snails are massive and meaty! Excited to come back and order a spread to try more.

Hem by LeQuy is a Vietnamese restaurant in San Francisco. The food is delicious, with good portions and authentic, well marinated flavors. Dishes include Bún đậu mắm tôm, Cá kho tộ, Canh chua cá, Sụn gà chiên mắm, Gỏi cuốn tôm thịt, Canadian sea snails in garlic sauce, bahn mi, Bun Cha Ha Noi, and vermicelli bowls. The Canh chua cá is the most delicious. The bahn mi is fabulous and the best, with fantastic bread and very high quality ingredients, and it still tastes super fresh later. The Canadian sea snails in garlic sauce are sizable, massive, and meaty. Bun Cha Ha Noi comes in small, medium large sizes, perfect to eat solo or share with a group. The service is outstanding. The two staff are attentive, caring, lovely, friendly, and fast, and make the whole operation look seamless, even during a full house. The dining room is modern and airy, calm and welcoming, with huge windows looking over the street scene in SF. It is a great lunch spot and a go to restaurant.
