The food, AMAZING. The Nutella crepe was really light and fluffy tasting and I wouldn’t consider it as an overpowering sweetness. The decor was really cute really gave a vintage vibe. The wait was kind of long (15-20 min)but not really considering there were two workers. (I think everyone was talking about 1 person cooking all the food and 1 person serving the food and helping out in the kitchen, and yes the cook is really old, very impressive)
I was told this is a solo operation, although he has gotten it down to a nice rhythm. He manages his business well enough for one person. I had expected long wait times and stacks of dishes, but just a stack. Because it's a solo business, expect empty condiments and longer wait times, but he is responsive and well aware of his surroundings. I ordered the simple Italian and I enjoyed it. The most delicious crepes, hardworking hospitality and tall lattes you can find in glen park. The owner is so welcoming and accommodating — it is our go to for breakfast or lunch! Highly recommend the Florentine crepe.
