My boyfriend got food poisoning and has been throwing up for 3 days straight from this mediocre and expensive sushi

Food is great, and priced more pieces nearby. Prett fresh.

Service can be a bit mishandled, but I think they were training a nee person on a weekday school night.

The red button rings when food comes can be a bit annoying.

The place is really nice, staff is super friendly and the bulletin train system is super fun to use. Sometimes tourists get a bit loud but that’s no fault of the restaurant

Fun sushi train.
Not many vegan options.

In the middle of Japantown in San Francisco, a place where they bring you food with a bullet train and an autonomous robot. You order through a screen on the tables. Good prices and very delicious food

Entertaining experience, especially for anyone who loves trains. The sushi is pretty basic, not many unique rolls. Worth going once.

This review is for their sashimi only. If you enjoy traditional sashimi this is not the place. $14.95 for 4 thin floppy slices of hamachi with BROWN, yes brown, daikon. Traditional sashimi is meant to eat with the daikon but theirs is apparently only for “decoration”as the server tried to explain. I wouldn’t be surprised if they recycle this “decoration” from other tables. I have never seen this in any Japanese restaurant but obviously this place is not Japanese owned, it’s a cultural taboo to serve brown daikon with sashimi- unbelievable. Their salmon skin roll is pretty good though luckily there’s no daikon
Required in that dish.

This is one of our favorite sushi places in Japan town. The sushi is pretty fresh , a bit pricier than some sushi places but quality is not bad.
My daughter loves this place for salmon nigiri and udon. And most of all , she loves bullet train sushi delivery system lol. It probably reminds of fun trip to Japan !

It can get crowded on the weekend but worth of visit if you are in Japan town !

Fun experience having your food delivered by bullet train and serving robot. Taste was just ok, rather average. Prices are quite high, especially for the quality and portion sizes.

Oh yes - the salmon skin and white tuna rolls were DELISH and even though we had a 15 minute wait it was so worth it. 10/10 I will be back I loved the ambiance and more so I loved the trains
