Loved Honey Honey. We were in San Francisco for a few days staying room only in a hotel close to this gem of a cafe. It became our go-to place for breakfast. Basically if you're visiting the city you should eat here every day, if you live in the city you should eat here every day! Loads to choose from and it is all good. Pancakes were delicious, generous portions but not over the top. I had the oatmeal as well, that was great. Super coffee and smoothies too. Really good vibes...
I got the egg Benedict. The hollandaise sauce was delicious as well as the eggs which were perfectly poached. But the potatoes had too much Rosemary in them. The Rosemary throws off The taste of the dish all together. If you placed it with garlic, they really tie the dish together. And also the portion size is good.
Unfortunately, the food wasn't what I expected. I ordered Mediterranean Crepes with salad. The salad was a regular lettuce mix with a few tomatoes and cucumbers. The lettuce was starting to get bad as some of the leaves were turning brown. The avocado had a lot of dark spots as well. The dressing was very sour and that's the only taste I could taste. Overall, the crepes weren't good at all.
