This spot is started by two veterans of the restaurant industry who wanted to create a new breed of burger based on the Thai ingredients and flavors they grew up with. Hoopla Burger is a cloud kitchen operation serving burgers with distinct Southeast Asian flair. I ordered the Moo Ping, Ka Prow, and Larb Gai burgers. Moo Ping burger has a sweet and herbaceous flavor with crispy onions and a sticky rice bun, while the Ka Prow and Larb Gai burgers had hints of Thai curries (but not spicy). I’m so amazed by the great flavors this place is serving up! Their unique flavors really stand out and I love the sauces in the burgers.
