Not a real Wingstop location but rather a ghost kitchen location
Our order arrived missing several items. When we called the store, Sam, one of the managers, told us that if we placed another order, they would include the missing items with it. We did so, but the missing items were never added. Subsequent calls to the store went completely unanswered. The lack of follow-through and customer service was extremely frustrating.
