I order the beef pho and pork rice platter for lunch all the time. Always super flavorful, fast service, and delicious! The ambiance is very casual. Great lunch spot!

Found this place the other day when I was hankering for a bahn mi. As a vegetarian, I got the lemongrass tofu one and it was very tasty and a great value. Will go back and try their noodles next time.

We ordered door dash for this one and the garlic noodles were pretty good, but the cold shrimp spring rolls were way too spicy. I think I would definitely give them another try, just because spicy isn't for me doesn't mean that there aren't more delicious things to try on the menu.

They have a lot of variety on the menu! Today I decided to try their Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio - Vermicelli Bowl with Imperial Rolls and BBQ Pork. The dish was simple and did the job. The pork was a little salty, but overall very flavorful. They were generous with the amount of lettuce and noodles! I was a little bummed there was only one imperial roll, but it was fried perfectly! Very crispy and delicious filling. Pretty solid takeout in the Financial District.KEEP IN MIND: They currently are doing takeout only! They accept Apple + Android Pay. There's also Uber Eats delivery available.

1st of all this place only offers take out. I ordered a beef banh mi but was offered a pork one. I was too sick to argue. Taste is very mediocre. Won't come again and won't recommend

Noodle Time's noodles weren't good :( I got a BBQ pork vermicelli bowl and in addition to tasting bad, I'm sick to my stomach a few hours later. The noodles smelled and tasted intensely like plastic. I'm not sure what would cause this but it was disturbing and impossible to ignore. It made me wonder if they are cooking noodles in plastic containers in a microwave or something. I took a few bites and was so grossed out that I couldn't keep eating. In addition to the horrible plastic taste from the noodles, there was very little pork and what was there was grizzly and almost entirely fat. There's no seating, to-go only. It took over 20 mins to get my food and it was more expensive than the sit down Vietnamese restaurants in the area at $14.12. The portion was also smaller than you'd get at a typical Vietnamese restaurant and even if the food hasn't tasted like plastic, it wouldn't have been good, sad to say. Times are tough right now, so I wasn't going to write a negative review but now that I'm sick in addition to everything else...I will say that while I was there waiting for my order, most people who came in ordered bahn mi sandwiches, so perhaps those would be good.

The garlic noodles were so fragrant, I could smell them from inside the bag and box. Luckily, the smell transfered well into taste. Only hoping the smell did not transfer onto me. Honestly, this place is good and gives a decent amount of food for a pretty average price for downtown (it is marked as $ but should probably be $$).
Ordered papaya salad to go and it was good ! portion was great with decent amount of shrimp ( sliced in halves) and thinly sliced papaya salad - perfect for a hot day wanting a light refreshing lunch . It came with two sauces - regular fish sauce and another darker, sweeter sauce that compliments the salad very well . They only do take out at the moment and wait time isn't bad but I would order online next time to save time.

Their garlic noodle filet mignon is my FAVORITE next to their fried chicken. All their other foods are super delicious but I have a weak spot to their garlic noodles and chicken. Would definitely come here for rice/noodle plates, soups and appetizers! Highly recommend!
