This last time that we're here, all four of our medium-rare prime rib were really dry. The salad, cream of spinach and apple martinis are just as good as always.

We came in without a reservation hoping we might get a table and after a little bit of a wait, we made it! From start to finish the customer service was amazing. Watching the chef cut the prime rib was incredible. This restaurant does one thing and they do it well! 10/10 would recommend!

I will never ever come back to this place if this was the last restaurant on earth!!!! How can they not even have good air conditioning?! Bright lights or even good customer service.
Do yourself a favor and don’t come here! Salad was too salty our waiter dumped a whole container of salt! Cream spinach? It was just green cream and salt. Meat was tasteless and Au Jus was just soy sauce.

Truly the worst restaurant we have ever been to. Service is terrible and they purposely segregate customers based on race. They stuffed all Asians inside of a small cramped room. Waiters lie about their offers. If you share you won’t get a complimentary slice of prime rib. Chef acts like they are safeguarding the meat. Waiter even said the chef is extremely stingy and watches customers who share their food. Don’t go there and avoid Alvin

Upon being seated, the server was also rude, he was having conversations with his other tables but not our party. In addition, when taking our orders, he was all about speed and lacked attentiveness. He even touched all of our shoulders when asking for our orders. The food was absolutely abysmal.
Some of our party members had ordered the King Henry cut (which is the only cut where you get an extra portion of steak) to share between 2, the server had mentioned that it would be an extra $10 if they were sharing (which was fine). However when the time came and they were waiting for the extra portion, the server had failed to mention that when sharing the King Henry cut, you don't get the extra portion!! It felt like a scam. Afterwards, he said he would talk to the chef if he could give us that extra portion, but the server never even came back. How does that make sense??
Overall, terrible experience. Never coming back.

We had a dinner reservation for my moms birthday at the House of Prime Rib and waited and extra 45 minutes to be seated. Once seated we received terrible service where we were rushed to order. During our dinner there was little to no service with a waiter who continuously dismissed us and the fact that it was my mom’s birthday.

I don’t think I can say anything about House of Prime Rib that hasn’t already been said, but my oh my, this place is just excellent! The food was unbelievably good. We had the City Cut, and that prime rib was just incredible—perfectly cooked and melt-in-your-mouth tender. The mashed potatoes, the rich gravy, and the sourdough bread were all fantastic. A couple of things to know before you go: it is very busy and high-energy inside, so don’t expect a quiet, intimate dinner. There is a great bustle with the carving stations moving around, and they even spin the salad right at your table, which is a fun experience. Also, you absolutely must make reservations way ahead of time, or you won’t get a table. It is worth every bit of the hype. Highly, highly recommended!

Oh my goodness so worth it! We had my husband's 40th birthday there and it was fabulous! The whole thing was amazing soup to nuts! Not many choices but everything they brought was amazing and made from scratch in house. From the bread and salad to the sorbet and creme brulee everything was divine. I don't drink but everyone was happy with their cocktail choices. My only complaints are the price is pretty steep and you have to plan way in advance to get a table. I'm talking months for a large party. So keep that in mind while planning your trip!
